I am trying out audacity- created this beat with generating rhythm layered tracks messed with tempo and compression and graphic eq. I'm new here and hope to create and upload more beats. This beat loops then speeds up a bit in the middle.

Ancient bits of sound i had rendered a long time ago for a friend's music project i secretly collaborated on ;). These are old programmed synthesizers with heavy effects, each one slightly different. And they're perfectly loopable if you want!.

This sound was from a live video feed on a social media broadcast. At some point the audio just got caught into a feedback loop that lasted for a bit. I thought it sounded interesting and saved it. Has kind of a laser or phaser cannon kind of thing going on. Perhaps an alert sound of some sort. Probably many possibilities for usage.

This is a simple dry (no effects) 4 track recording with just drums bass and 2 guitars. The reason i use 2 guitar tracks is to fatten the sound. It could have been done with just 3 tracks but this is the sound i shoot for in my rhythm tracks.

Used the 'abstract hip hop kit' samples that come with reason's soundbank. First part of loop is dry with no effects except eq, second part is more processed. First half is dry in that no extra effects apart from eq are used; second part of the loop is actually two copies of the same loop with one of them containing extreme compression after some unison (detuning) and ~30ms delay. This is just a simple bass line i was using for a song i made. Its not much but i figured someone might find use for it. The engine to the hysterical "melody" is formed by a two lfos and a looping envelope performing an ever changing dance of random or maybe chaos. Zooming in and study waveforms in this sound is interesting. The sound is unedited, straight from the analog modular synth. Quantization of the pitch - nope. . .
