An extactor hood starting to work, running for a couple of seconds and stops. I decided to not record the switch on, switch off because it didn't "sound right" to me. You will find a better, more distinctive switch sound in here. Recorded with a tascam dr-40. Note: feel free to use this sound in one of your own projects. If you want to, you also can send me a link. I would love to hear some of my field recording into someone’s work.

The door to the sensory room at the school. I opened it, closed it, and walked into the hall. Part of a collection of sounds i recorded at an elementary school after the students have finished the year--the building was largely empty and as i've worked here, i've noticed a range of interesting sounds that i thought would be useful for folks working with video games or audio dramas! no need to credit me, but would be interested to know what you use it for just out of my own curiosity.

The sound of a lift in an office block in hounslow. It has a clanking mechanical sound that might work for a metal monster or robot in a sci-fi film. The lift chimes are also very old school and might be useful as well. Recorded with a tascam dr44wl.
Sound of a roll-up garage door opening. The garage is a standard glass roll-up door. Recorded with a tascam dr-1 with a wind filter. No post-production work was done to the file.

Just making copies at work. Sounds include the copier scanning the documents, banging the paper to make it even, and the beeps as i program the machine.
Sounds of me punching my leg, hitting my palms together and punching books under a pillow. These work well as a layer on top of other existing punch sounds on this website to make a punch sound more fleshy.
This is a combination of. - stapler- scissors- knocking on a window (reversed)- wobbling an a4 sheet of thin cardboard- sticky tape coming unstuck (with reverb). Made with audacity. Might work well as some sort of projectile launcher for a steampunk-themed game.
Stereo binaural recording of a small, quiet restaurant. A fire engine goes by outside at the very beginning, and there's a bit of renovation work going on in the back. Some low tv sounds, very little conversation.

A recording of me playing on an old, slightly detuned geyer piano. A little reverb has been added to the recording that was captured with a phone. Feel free to use this sequence for whatever you're planning to work on!. The playing is based on an improvisation.
Foley recording of a envelope. Works great to use for picking up a note or something like that. Feel free to use :) there are three different paper sounds on my profile atm.
Complete pack of tennis sounds that i recorded for a project are available. Some traffic, wind noise under recordings but all should feel quite natural. Work well once layered with some sharper, brighter pro records.
Recording of my 2000 honda accord in my garage not starting. I was late for work and sent this to my boss in a text when he asked why i hadn't shown up yet!.
