A creepy clown laugh inspired from sweet tooth from twisted metal. Source is my own voice. I tried to match this to the original inspiration with the cackle-like formants that sweet tooth's laugh has, which has been said to been from a sound library by a female sound designer working for singletrac.

You can hear sounds of me hitting my cane against concrete, some off-distance humming of cars or planes descending overhead, and me hitting metal objects (i forgot what they were) with my cane. I let off fireworks inside a silo. Unfortunately the best audio i got was from the gopro inside.
