My first sound recording for my new sound album. My stomach is feeling all grumbly! it continuously seems like it hungrily and sometimes angrily rumbles like a monster, because it is very empty, and i had no food for over 50 hours. And i had to wait a little while longer to eat something.

Blip trails: c2 note, random blip sounds with fast attacks and short trails using massive. Sampled into ableton with just a touch of reverb to help the trail smooth out, compression using psp compressor2 and psp warmer. Random parameters in massive, and very little other effects used. An audio translation of statistics on the current covid-19 pandemic. A sound composition that makes the pandemic tangible on an acoustic level, based on data series and curves. The basis for the auditory presentation of the statistics is provided by pixelsynth, a browser-based synthesiser for generating sounds from images. A cursor scrolls over the monochrome image of a statistic and plays notes when it comes into contact with bright pixels. The audio tracks generated by pixelsynth from the statistics were then recorded in logic pro and individually processed using effects, automations and other synths and sounds. Additional information: the audio is complemented by appropriate animations of the statistics, which cannot be shown here, however.

Applied stuff like echo, chorus, and tremolo. Converted it to amr then back to wav to make it mono. Reminds me of that sound effect from five nights at freddy's 3 that plays at the start of the minigames.

I recorded a mouth noise. I add reverberation effect where i pick a big room size and a reverberation of 50%. Then, i add a melt opening. I generated a risset drum to create my ringtone.

Play quietly! or not. Should loop seamlessly. Just felt like making some pleasant noise.

I recorded mostly nothing, then normalized it, so it was mostly loud static. I used audacity's noise remover to make the sound and it's wahwah effect to make it move across stereo space. Very interesting, good for static and alien voices.
