Into audacity on arch linux at 192 khz/24 bit. The recording was not processed or edited in any way to retain maximum flexibility to sound artists who will use this as an element. This can be useful as a sound effect for freezing or burning or deep-frying or even rain (when slowed down). Thanks to extremely wide frequency range the recording can be cleanly slowed down up to 25% speed. There's clean frequency content up to 80 khz in the recording. In a few places the mic gain was too much and a pop is clipped, but could still be useful for sound of braking or snapping something (bone?). No denoising was applied - perform your own if needed, though the sounds are mostly free of background hum (a bit of pc noise can be heard in the first minute before i turned down the gain).

It's a recording of me taking some vitamin pills (3xrutinoscorbin). You can hear me taking the box, opening it, pulling out the blister, poping out the pills, putting the blister back into the box, closing the box, throwing it away, taking the pills into my mouth, taking a glass of water, dringing water, swallowing pills, putting the glass on the table, and breathing out. There is much background noise, bu it's static and i leaved a clear sample so you can denoise this. Recorded with a zoom h2 into ardour daw. Originally 4800khz/16-bit wav. Converted to flac with ardour.

Field recordings extracted from videos i took while travelling on a vaporetto (small public transport canal boat) along the grand canal. You can hear the water, the engine revving as the boat criss-crosses the canal from one stop to the next and the(mostly english)chatter of other passengers on the boat. On "venice2" horns are blown by other vessels and someone says at the end "i'm getting off the boat". I have joined 2 tracks on this one and there is a small gap, but with the right equipment that can be edited out. All in all very evocative of the busy atmosphere in venice, even in march (2012).

I made a saw wave and put some flanger and paulstretch effects to it on audacity and made this synth-like saw wave inspired by the saw wave sample from the ps1 startup sound. If you want to put a loop to this sound, it's 67109 to 84907 on openmpt. Do whatever you want with this (like sounds or music) and credit me if you want as pk superstar256 (in a fan project) or ismo-kun games (in a commercial project). Yes, you can use this in things that can make you money, just don't make money off of this sound of its entirety in unedited form. Dubstep bass: 110 bpm wobble at 1/8th note, half of the samples as a sine lfo and saw lfo descending. Sampled in ableton using massive, compression using psp compressor2. Random presets with lfo settings on key parts, and very little other effects used, mostly so this sample can be re-sampled. 110 bpm so it can be pitched up which is usually better then having to pitch samples down.

I was doing some recording for this project i'm working on, and the right channel on the zoom h4 i was using bugged out, and this is the result. The only processing done was the removal of the left channel.

Two small mechanical sirens recorded with a h2 recorder in a factory building. One siren is very close, the other in a remote place. You can also hear the sound of a door and ambient noise.
